Overview:

"Every great story is the original version, minus 10%" -Stephen King.  Research everything about the story you want to create and get your ideas written down. The go back a revise the story until it's around 400-600 words. Focus on the details.

Action Tools:

Research the story location. You can also use local landmarks, towns, rivers, etc to make it feel more realistic.
Set the year and time period your theme takes place. Most good attractions transport the customers to another place.
Character names. Actor names should go with the time period of your story.
Get detailed. The more in-depth your story, the better. You can always edit these out if your story is too long.
