What type of Haunt do you want to be?

Overview:

Before you buy anything or sign that lease, take a few minutes to visualize the type of Haunt you want to be and the vibe that you want to give your customers. Begin with the end in mind. Visualize where you want to be in 5 years and plan for growth. Everything you do should be leading you to your ultimate goal.

Action Tools:

Indoor Haunts can be easier to manage because of the accessibility of being inside. They may include more strict codes and may require more materials such as wall panels.
Outdoor Haunts can be cheaper to start up because you can get creative with your wall materials. They can be hard on your actors, props, and customers if you live in extreme cold/hot climates.
Tents & Trailers allow you to be mobile and set up almost anywhere. You can choose a fairground that has ample parking and that allows themed attractions. Trailers can be worked on all year and towed where needed.
Before you buy or lease. What’s your budget? Does your theme and backstory match your location? Is it a safe place for kids to hang out? Is there room for expansion?
