The benefits of pre-training your actors

Overview:

You usually only have less than 30 days to generate revenue for your business. You shouldn't waste time training actors and trying them out in different spots while you’re open. You need to prepare your actors and staff for the season. Just like theatre groups practice for their stage performances. You’ll need to start early. It'll also save you time and money.

The Benefits of Preparation:

Eliminates one-on-one interviews. Since your auditions are in a group format, you won’t have to spend hundreds of hours interviewing and training each person separately. It takes less time to hire & train. Usually it takes only two staff members to audition a large group of actors.
Actors create a connection from the beginning. Holding group auditions allows everyone to bond together as they do crazy movements in front of each other. It also shows the personality of each person.
Opening night goes smoothly. Your staff will be prepared and confident. You will be less stressed because your staff are more confident.
You’ll get more actors. Happy people like to tell other people what they’re doing, especially if it’s fun and they can do it together. We’ve had entire families come in and want to help!
