How to Find a Spot for Your Haunted Attraction
Finding the perfect location is one of the hardest parts of starting an attraction. Each type has it's pros and cons. It needs parking, has to be zoned for your business type, and must meet your area's rules. You'll learn more inside...

A rural area may cost less to operate but a heavily populated area will usually have more customers. Which area suites your needs?
If you don't have onsite parking, think about how you can fix that. Creepy shuttle buses from another location? A haunted hayride? Get creative.
Drive around the areas you'd like to start an attraction. Make note of empty buildings. Track down the info and the owner.
Tell everyone that you are looking for location. You never know who may have something to Haunt.
