Overview:

Choose a diverse cast of actors based on body size, talents, energy levels, and uniqueness. Of course; respectful, reliable, & responsible should be included in each person. Never discriminate because everyone should get a chance at scaring if they're interested. Always stick to your guidelines & rules for hiring.

Action Tools:

Choose your scare actors wisely. Shoot for about 50% high schoolers and 50% adults. Accept all types people. The more diverse your crew the better.
Some popular high school groups to consider for recruitment: Nerds, Gamers, Techies, Stage Crew, Goths, Skaters, & future drop-outs.
Think about these 3 character types when searching: Servant, Master, or Fool.
Plan out what types of characters you'd like in each scene. Search for those specific body types: ecotomorph, mesomorph, or endomorph?
